PAKFORM
This record type specifies the format of the values of the packing
information in PAKVAL.INFO. There must be one record for each
PAKSPEC record, unless PAKSPEC.PAKNUM is zero. There are
PAKSPEC.PAKNUM elements in the PAKFMT
array, one for each value in the PAKVAL.INFO field.
