          I placed the information you need in our anonymous ftp directory. The
	  machine name is jwocky.gsfc.nasa.gov. Login as anonymous and when
	  prompted fo a password use your email address. There are five data
	  files (eausaYYDDD.eptlv2) 
	  Each data record contains 17 parameters. The data of interest to you
	  are:
	  Parameter 1: GMT time in seconds
	  Parameter 2: Latitude 
	  Parameter 3: Longitude
	  Parameter 6: Percent Reflectivity (360 nm)
	  Parameter 10: 380 nm Optical Depth (reduced from 360)
	  A value of 99 means no data available.
