 Between 2008/05/11 and 2009/01/23 : CTP between 37 and 44 (0-based) are set to fill values
 Between 2009/01/24 and 2009/02/27(orbit 24582) : CTP between 27 and 44 (0-based) are set to fill values
 From 2009/02/27 (orbit 24583) : use pixels that are not affected by OMI row anomalies (XTrackQualityFlags=0) only
