There are two files that contain the SBUV Merged Ozoen Data (MOD) corrected MERRA-2 data.
The total column ozone data can be found in merra.corrected.ascii
and the associated standard deviations can be found in merra.stand-dev.ascii

These are simple ASCII files containing monthly averages in a 5 deg by 5 degree (5x5)
resolution resulting in a 72x36 array for each month.

As of June, 2019 there are 468 months (January 1980-December 2018) in the file.
This may be updated every year.
