Make a movie from a stack of png figures:

on rondo command line, type:

tlk_makemovie speed png_file_list (without wild card and .png) movie_name 
(without .mp4)

example:
tlk_makemovie 2 g2gatag2r14_strm_202208 g2gatag2r14_strm_202208 

that will take all files with 'g2gatag2r14_strm_202208*.png' in the name to 
generate a movie file named 'g2gatag2r14_strm_202208.mp4'
